Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from the beaches of Uruguay!

I'm currently on vacation with my family in Uruguay...on a deserted beach far, far away from anything modern like telephones or internet...so, from a cybercafe in the city of Castles (literal translation...it's like 40 km from the beach), I would like to wish everybody the most blessed Christmas (belated, hey...I said I was far away from the net!) and a great New Year! Hope you have a good time without me, hehe...

Saraburi Sunflowers

"Flowers have an expression of countenance as much as men or animals. Some seem to smile; some have a sad expression; some are pensive and diffident; others again are plain, honest and upright, like the broad-faced sunflower and the hollyhock. " ~Henry Ward Beecher, Star Papers: A Discourse of Flowers

Apparently, we're not the only visitors...

"Born of a Woman—Atonement and the Incarnation"

That's the title of this week's Bible study guide ...

I liked how Wordle summed it up. ("Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text.")

What is prominent in the text of your life?
